This Solid Black Walnut magnetic knife block rotates on a lazy Suzan. The knives are held in place by 18 strong neodymium magnets. The knives are not included and are shown as props only. It is 11 3/4" tall and hexagonal shaped. Each of the six sides is about 3.5" wide. The diameter is approximately 6.63". There is room for a total of 6 knifes and honing iron and kitchen scissors. The top is removable and can be personalized free of charge. I hand-crafted it from beautiful black walnut lumber. The finish is a food safe mineral oil which is also used commonly on butcher blocks and cutting boards. I then put a coat of food safe beeswax finish which gives it a beautiful satin finish.
