A shorter variant is available as well. Once cut to size, I employ both a 1/4" and a 1/8" round-over bit to soften any sharp edges, followed by thorough sanding to ensure a smooth back surface. These steps guarantee the opener's comfort in your hand. Each bottle opener is laser engraved with a funny saying. The final touch is a clear satin hard wax oil finish, rendering the opener not only smooth and light but also pleasant to the touch. It's likely to become your go-to bottle opener, as it has for me.
