These coasters are handmade from recycled bourbon barrel staves with your favorite professional sports logo, whiskey brand or personalized sayings. Making of: The coasters are about 4" wide and long and about 1" thick. They have a machined circular cutout that is 3.5" in diameter. The logo is created from an image of the graphic and turned into a 3D model and then machined on the 3.5" cutout. Then I hand paint the different colors onto the coaster, usually 2-3 colors. Finally, I apply a clear finish that gives it a satin sheen and brings out the beauty of this wooden product. If you have a logo or text you want on it, please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate you. Please keep in mind that it will take approximately a week to ship it.
